Kama hujatambua au kusikia,nazungumzia mkataba wake na kampuni kubwa ya usambazaji muziki ulimwenguni ya SONY MUSIC yenye makao makuu nchini Marekani.
Hivi sasa wengi wanasubiri kuona ni jinsi gani Nakaaya atafanya ndani ya mkataba wake huo wakiamini kwamba kufanya kwake vizuri ndio kutakuwa kumefungua milango mingine kwa wasanii wengine wengi hususani wakizingatia vipaji mbalimbali vilivyopo nchini Tanzania na Afrika Mashariki kwa ujumla. Nakaaya ,letme start with giving you my sincere complements.With this song,you sound nothing but fantastic.I was truely amazed with your talent.Dada you are way over the top. Gifted. I have listened to dozens of bongo flava folks before but let me tell you dada ,nothing ever gets any where close to this.
It’s your vocal performance that has caught my attention,more than any thing else.Honestly i tell you
The singing sounds fresh,unique, with some sense of professional touch to it.The thing is most of the bongo flava music turns me off.There is tonnes of reasons why but mostly is the vocal skills.There is virtually no vocal performance at all in bongo flava songs.Most of the time if you are listening, you kinda loose a focus on the overall song, that’s before you get swayed to listening the synthetic beats. Ofcourse the sounding of bongo beats has a different flip to it.It sounds bubble gum sweet but at the same time you get that feel of a good vibe if you listen to it often.But having listened to your song , i was seriouly blown away,The sounding of it does not follow anything like a typical bongo flava cliche .Nothing any where close to synthetic tone of bongo flava .Am not an expert in music, but that wont stop me to give you my comlements.The song (vocals mostly) is sounding very upbeat and professional,Very much up to the top pop music standard.The singing was flowing very effortlessly.Natural too.Now on the flip side,i have i got some issues with the rapping part of it.The rapping sounds so edgy and terribly cheesy.I would say ,personally, the song would sound greater even without incorporating rap into it.Having listened to the song over and over am very confiedent that with that great singing skills ,no rap would be necessary to to pull it off.You are smart Nakaaya.With such skills ,the steaming beauty,and your kind of appeal(likabilty) anything is possible.I don see why you cant pull off a great hit song all by yourself.Cause i feel that this song in many ways speaks for itsef.It has clearly defined you and your skills. No doubt.Now i know (probably) why the sony record executives had to sign you on the fly, after listening /seeing your performance.
