Mwezi wa Mei mwaka huu,Freddy aliitikia wito wa kurudi nyumbani Tanzania na kugawana na wengine ujuzi mbalimbali alionao katika masuala ya uandishi,fasihi, muziki, maisha ya ughaibuni, mazoezi,afya na chakula bora. Alifanya hivyo kupitia semina mbalimbali alizoziendesha pale British Council,Soma Cafe(Mikocheni), Shule ya Sekondari Mwandege na Nyumba ya Sanaa.

Semina alizozifanya Macha ziliandaliwa na Jarida jipya la Lucky-Ideas For Living.Freddy anatarajiwa kurudi tena Tanzania mwezi Septemba mwaka huu ili kuendesha semina zingine.Usikose

Freddy Macha akiongelea uandishi wa vitabu na makala.Hapa ilikuwa Nyumba ya Sanaa jijini Dar-es-salaam.

    Mafunzo ya Semina kama hizi yanatupa imani ya maendeleo,ingekuwa vizuri kama wengi wangehudhuria kupata mafunzo mbali mbali ya mziki,uandishi wa habari,na mazoezi ya viungo vya mwili.

    Wabongo wengi hatufanyi mazoezi kwa uvivu na kisingizio cha “joto au jua kali” matokeo yake kila umwonaye ana tumbo/kitambi si cha kawaida.

    Semina kama hizi zitasaidia kuondoa uvivu na kufanya mazoezi ya mwili ambayo mtu anaweza kuyafanya popote pale,hata akiwa nyumbani kama kuna nafasi ya kuweka chini mkeka/kanga kwa kufanyia mazoezi ya mwili,yatapunguza magonjwa ya moyo kupiga,kupunguza maumivu ya kisukari,kuongeza uwezo wa”mapigano”mwilini ya virusi vya ukimwi kutokuwa pre-active.

    Kazi zote tunazofanya za mikono na kutembea kwenda ofisini au sokoni ni sehemu ya mazoezi! We need to reduce our food potions ugali/wali mlima na tonge mbili za nyama na mchicha siyo sawa… and, Freddy should do better than that! (those who know him will understand what I mean).

    Kufanya kazi ofisini na sokoni, sio mazoezi anayoongelea Mickey Jones au sisi wanatizi wengine. Kazi ni “kazi” na mazoezi ni “mazoezi.” Ingekuwa kazi inatupa uimara wa mwili wastani wa maisha ya Mtanzania isingekuwa miaka 30 hadi 50 tu kama ilivyo hasa vijijini…Afrika.
    Kula sana kweli bila kufanya mazoezi kweli kunazusha vitambi lakini haina maana watu wasile. Kula hakuna ubaya; ni kula nini na namna gani.
    Semina zote tulizofanya zimeangalia (na zitaendelea kuangalia) haya mambo kwa undani na pia kulisambazwa maandishi yaliyofafanua kwa waliohudhuria.
    Bwana “Yoyoo” hujaeleweka ulivyosema “Freddy should do better than that!”
    Utaeleweka vizuri zaidi pale utakapowafafanulia wasomaji (si tu katika lugha yetu mama), ikiwezekana pia ufichue jina maana kujificha halafu kusema mambo nusu nusu bila kumalizia hakusaidii sana elimu na maarifa tunayoyataka kwa watu wetu.

    yoyo0,nadhani anayoyoma,hajui harakati za chakula na mazoezi,hataki aulize ili aelekezwe.hataki ajue apinga tuu.macha au miki wasisitiza,kula kweli kula lakini mazoezi yawe KEM KEM.kula mbuzi mzima.lakini mazoezi yawe makali kushinda jinsi mbuzi anavyokimbia.mbogamboga zote chakula murua,kula samaki kwa wingi hutopata ubwanyeye,labuda uwakaange kwa mafuta.KULA SANA FANYA MAZOEZI SANA.punguza nyama kula mbogamboga,matunda,maji sio ulabu(kama mie).matokeo yake vitambi ziiii. mie NGARIBA nasema ukweli sichagui mbolo mie zote nazikata.msema ukweli.mark salamba australia

    According to my observation and research I found that people in rural live longer that those in urban areas

    Simple because they eat natural food mostly boiled with a little bit of oil which is vice verse in urban area where u find someone with a huge plate of food with fried meat or fish even vegetables full of oil or take away with fully of fatty which is not health + beer or can/bottle of cool drink coke etc that have caffeine instead of drinking water. The result out of that big tammy looking fat where one can easly get Heart Attack, Blood Pressure etc.

    Unlike people in rural areas they eat natural food no spice added and do exercise through activities they carry on their daily life such as taking cattle to the grazing areas, fetching water etc

    Exercing its a good idea but i think it will only apply to people who reside in urban area. If one compare the age between two people who live in urban and rural will be a big different only the status might differ because the one who live in urban might mantain his/her appearance but in terms of health the rural one would be better only the matter of life style.

    AFYA,AU HEALTH NI chakula.kumbukeni chakula si sumu,lakini ukikizidisha bila mazoezi,UTAKUFA au kuwa mgonjwa wa maradhi kem kem.popote unapoishi,si kijiini au mjini.kipime chakula,ukila saana mazoezi lazima yawe saana.kuna wangine wawalaum walao nguruwe(si halai).ndio maana wananenepa.huo sio ukweli nguruwe yupo bongo enzi na enzi,kwa kwetu wafipa twamwita simba kapoli,ule au umle sio mwingi.pima.yote tisa kumi ni KULA HUKU WAFANYA MAZOEZI.BASIkila siku au kula wakti(kiaarabu).markiniigga

    Hi guys,
    mimi ni mmoja wa wasomaji wazuri wa makala zako katika magazeti na blogs, nakupa sana hongera, halafu nilikuwa nimeamua kupumuzika kidogo hapa BC maana kuna kipindi mambo hayakwenda vizuri lakini ndiyo ukweli wa maisha yapo hivyo, hata watu kwenye familia moja wanatofautiana sembuse mimi na wewe.

    Nimerudi kwa sababu mbili, moja baada ya kukuona wewe na pili ya kuendeleza libenenga ya kuelemishana na kujifunza kutoka kwa wengine. Uzuri wa Elimu ni Reciprocal yaani two ways traffic-ukiwa mpokeaji unakuwa domant, yaani Elimu inataka kuwa engaged, nimerudi ili niwe-engaged
