Tafadhali naomba usinichoke kwa kupenda kutundika masuala/hotuba za Obama.Nafanya hivyo kwa kuamini kwamba kila siku binadamu tunajifunza au tunatakiwa tujifunze mambo mapya.Hotuba za Obama zawezekana kuwa hazikufunzi mambo mapya ila kwa mapana na marefu naaamini zinatukumbusha mambo mbalimbali.Pia namfuatilia Obama kwa sababu angalau yeye ndio mwanasiasa ambaye namuona hapendi “kuongopa waziwazi”.Obama hawezi kukuambia kesho atakujengea daraja wakati moyoni mwake anajua kabisa hela za daraja alishakula. Hawezi pia kutoa ahadi za maisha bora kwa wote bila kukumbusha kwamba kazi ndio msingi wa maendeleo.
Obama anaweza kuwa anaongea na kundi fulani tu la watu lakini akawa anatoa ujumbe mkali kwa jamii mbalimbali.Cha msingi labda ni kusikiliza kwa makini na kufanya tathmini makini. Hivi majuzi Obama alialikwa na kutoa hotuba wakati wa kusherekea miaka 100 ya chombo muhimu cha Wamarekani Weusi kinachoitwa NAACP(National Association for the Advancement of Colored People)
Katika hotuba yake,Obama aliongelea mengi.Muhimu zaidi ambalo naamini hata sisi watanzania tunaweza kujihusisha nalo ni suala la elimu kwa watoto wetu,jamii zetu. Ulimwengu wa leo,wa ushindani wa namna hii,unahitaji elimu makini.Je tunafanyaje katika hilo? Viongozi wetu wanatupeleka wapi? Hebu tujiulize, tangu marais wetu waliofuatia baada ya J.K.Nyerere wametusaidia kujenga maktaba ngapi? Hivi unajua jiji la Dar-es-salaam lina maktaba ngapi?

This was an incredible speech not only to Black American but also people of all colors,especially the victims of social inequality.
I was so much touched by many thing in his wonderfull speech, but to mention the few which I think are more relevant to our beloved land(Tanzania):
We really need to get rid of the existing system inequalities. All our children should have equal chances to advancing in their education,professional carriers and opportunities,no matter their parents’ economic status.
It is the role of the government to ensure that equality prevail among all people of the nation.Equality to better education, equality to better health services,and more importantly, equality to jobs and carriers.
The notion of seggregation are rooted in changing people’s mind set, their attitudes; to believe that there is no opportunities, it is impossible,they cant manage,they are weak and their barriers are so strong that they can’t be overcomed. That is exactly what our national leaders are trying to force us to believe. While living in exotic,prosperous and heavenly life, majority of our citizen are starving and have totally despaired about the possibilities of better life not only for themselves but also for their sons and daughters.
It is sorely, the role of lowel class to oppose and fight against those injustices, to get together and fight against our leaders’prejudices and their miranchoric behaviors.Form coalition communities against the expoitative system. We don’t need to wait, the time for action is now. I know we can, if we really want social equality to prevail for ever in our country.
I hope Obama’s strong message will touch a lot of souls, and inspire the urgency of change within our leder’s heart. I do know if our president Kikwete had a chance to hear this outrageous speech from somebody who talk the talk and walk the walk.STRONG MESSAGE TO OUR LEADERS OF TODAY.

Haoni mbali zaidi ya gari lako na wenzenu mbele. Akili ya kondoo (afadhali kondoo analiwa nyama na kutoa maziwa) tuseme akili ya mdudu (afadhali wadudu wengine wana akili na faida kama nyuki na hata inzi husaidia kusafisha mavi)…

Uliposema huwa Obama akiongea kwa kundi moja anaongea kwa watu wengine wengi zaidi…hapo umegonga msumari ukapenyeza ndani ya mbao kabisa. Hoja hiyo imekumbusha ( na kurudisha) wanasiasa mashuhuri waliopita akina Mahtama Gandhi (India), Kwame Nkrumah (Ghana) Mwalimu Nyerere (Tanzania). Hawa hawakuwa tu viongozi watawala serikali bali ni wanafikra…walioona mbali… hawapigi tu honi bure…pa pa pa!!! Wanachambua maisha na ulimwengu na wanatumulikia tochi tuone njia…tusijikwae…gizani…hata kama wasipotimiza wanajaribu maana wana imani. WANAONA MBALI.
Kiswahili cha zamani ni : MANINGA (macho yanayooona mbali) ambayo imechanganywa na RUNUNU …(sauti kutoka mbali)…ikazaa neno RUNINGA yenye maana televisheni…kumulika na kuona.
Wengi hasa huku Ughaibuni hatutaki kusikia “lawama kwetu wenyewe”…yaani sisi weusi (na viongozi wetu) kujikosoa wenyewe. Tunaweka madhila na visingizio kwa Wazungu…na vijisababu viiingi tu…
Wanasiasa Afrika hali kadhalika. Kusingizia Wazungu (Zimbabwe na Kongo na Sudan) na uchumi wa dunia…
Obama kaletwa na manabii na miungu na mababu (Babu yake alikuwa mpiganaji wa Mau Mau) …kaletwa na sayari…tunamhitaji kuliko yeye anavyotuhitaji.

Sometimes I wonder when I try to analyse things in this planet, it seems like some people take Obama as if he is the father for all African continent presidents.
People are not doing there duty instead they are waiting for Obama to tell them what to do but when they were campaigning to become presedent Obama was never there not even in their dream that Obama would be a president for the Unated State.
Today one wonder what hell is going on everthing just Obama Obama…..You have given empty promise to people who put you on power from day one you were campaigning till today you are there and you will either step down when your term will end or again with no shame want to become a leader to the same nation. Why fooling people if you cannot meet their needs?
Keep on benefiting yourself and some minority leaving the majority suffering. Do Obama real know well you environment more than yourself? Do you need someone from far to came tell you what to do in your own home. To me that sound cracked
Would you wait your neighbour to tell you how to handle your own family? There is nothing knew from Obama statement people should identify the projects for the benefits of MAJORITY not for MINORITY as currenty situation. You are asking for fund but the money end up on the pocket of VIZITO. Investors are investing in the so called leaders Bank Acc/mouth, there is no social well fare, no economic growith, no existing improved in phiscal environment, the town are destructed no first impression in the main town road networks are poor, to mention few schools and hospitals are forever forgotten.
I wonder which direction our learders leading us or we should wait for Obama to direct us is it?
I dont think either there is any existing or formulated strategic plans instead of improvement but things are getting worse every day.
Please Leave Obama alone he who got is own tasks. If you cannot produce get off and let the fresh young blood occupy the sit (POSITION) may be leadership its not your ability you belongs into another field plz plz…..go!

Flora…how many fresh young blood have so far occupied the presidency and still things are as horrible as before? We had processing to manufacturing industries a couple of decades ago, we had free education, water flowing in villages,at least we had a starting point but where have they gone? What have happened to Agriculture and where are we heading to? ….Tatizo Flora, nani atamfunga paka kengere? nani atamnyooshea kidole Raisi na chama chake Tawala? Ni mgombea yupi utamjua kuwa ndio mwenye kuleta matumaini? kama mtoto Inaweza kuwa vigumu kumsema baba akikosea hata ukisema anaweza hata asitilie maanani..lakini utamsemea kwa babu. So USA & other Donner countries are like our grandfathers who are capable of rebuking our dear presidents with effects as we all know the later expects his bowl to be filled by them. So people have the right to have much expectation from Obama because he is the only higher authority “black” who can easily make them (African Presidents)listern rather than the dairly noise of wananchi governing them. And I believe Crazy African leaders need this whip and he seems positive in this.
It is my opinion that the concept of state sovereignty need to be ignored sometimes, especially when comes to crazy leaders like Robert Mugabe so as to restore peace, human rights and good governance, The focus should be people’s welfare.
What Africa expect from Obama is neither economic support nor stimulus package but assistance to restore rule of law and Good Governance.
Obama is obliged to assist Africa in this regard due to the following reasons:
1. He has lost his father in Kenya due
to likely dirty politics drama
2. Being Black president of the USA he
still have the link with his roots
that was even seen in the lifetime
of great Americans like Malcom X
3. With this not only Africans but even
the international community expect
Obama to do something for Africa
As far as the notion of State Sovereignty is concern, He cannot directly interfear in a particular country’s business but He is more likely to use every possibility to impose his policies.

We want to see the result I mean changes in our country or even Africa in general but is there any leader who care and has people at heart I still doubt about that.
Look we have massive of resources but we getting nothing from it is not because we don’t have people who cannot utilize them its simply because they are not given chance to raise up their voice for (PARTICIPATION) if they are given then when they join so corrupted Government they end up flowing in the same streams.
We are aware on what is happening in the Pariament if a leader seems to talk to much or think she/he well educated than others they are given warning if one proceed with debate that can bring development even make the nation to be aware then there is something so called “MUTI” a person will be killed indirect we know that so people have opted to remain silence.
Ruling Part CCM it for every one from new born baby to the oldest MEN and WOMEN Tanzanian citizen has rights to contribute in one way another but we are lack of opportunity thats why even those fresh blood failed to make any changes to improve the existing situation. But I still doubt if Obama will ever make any changes in African continents.
I think it could be better to have a “POLICY” that whatever money donated to do something the result should be seen from what period of time let say 2-5 years if the project fails then the money should be paid back to the donor with people who were involved for such otherwise there is no direction of changing things anyway may be
